Why is Cornerstone changing giving systems?

     The church is currently using Planning Center for all other areas of ministry. This will allow us to become more streamlined.

 

What if I have my payments scheduled on SimpleGive?

     Please log in to your SimpleGive account and deactivate your giving schedule before setting up giving in Planning Center.

 

How do I delete my SimpleGive account?

     We ask that you make the necessary changes by February 5th. All payment processing will officially stop once we deactivate the church’s account with SimpleGive at the end of February. However, you will still be able to log in and see your giving history after this time.

 

How do I set up my Planning Center giving account?

     You can set up your account and give by following the link to “Planning Center Giving” on the church’s website. When you give for the first time, the system will automatically create your account with the e-mail address you enter.

What if I already have an account on Planning Center because I am a volunteer?

     To give, you would still click the “GIVE” link from our website and enter in the same e-mail address which is already associated with your account. No password is required to give because a secure link will be e-mailed to your inbox.

 

When is the deadline for switching to Planning Center?

     Our goal is to provide the next few weeks for you to set up your account. We will begin using only Planning Center giving on February 5th.
