Our heartbeat as we move forward together is to pursue racial reconciliation because we believe it is close to the heart of God. Jesus says that we are to “love one another as I have loved you, so you must love one another.” Loving others means we stand with those who have been hurting for a long time due to racial injustices.

We desire to continuing listening and learning. To educate ourselves as we seek out answers and continue to ask God to bring healing and lasting change.

We understand that this commitment will be difficult and uncomfortable at times, but we truly believe that combating racism takes our whole church community, together.
