Hello Everyone, 

We wanted to give you a quick update on where things stand with our building project.

We are getting very close to the next major step. Right now, we are working through the final details and costs with our contractor, looking for ways to reduce expenses and make sure everything is in place before we move forward with the contract. Our hope is that we will be able to finalize everything, sign the contract, and begin site work within the next few weeks.

We know many of you have been patiently waiting for this next step and honestly waiting has been hard for me too. There have been plenty of moments when I have wished things would just move a little faster! But through this process, God has continued to remind me that this is His church, His provision, and His timing.

In a recent meeting, Bill Caton, who serves on our building team, prayed something that really captured where we are right now: “We don't want to simply ask God to bless our plans; we want to be faithful to His plans and trust His timing.”

That prayer has stuck with me. The delays and challenges have given us opportunities to slow down, pray, seek wisdom, work through the details, and ultimately trust God. We may not have chosen every part of the journey, but we believe God has been faithful through all of it.

We also want to say a huge thank you for your continued generosity toward the building project. Your faithful giving has allowed us to keep moving forward, and we are incredibly grateful for the many people who have sacrificially invested in what God is doing through Cornerstone. Every gift matters, and we do not take your generosity for granted.

As we enter these final weeks before construction begins, we ask you to keep praying. Pray for wisdom as we finalize the costs and contract. Pray for our contractor and the entire building team. Pray for God's provision and for His guidance in every detail.

We are excited about what God is doing and look forward to seeing this next chapter unfold.

We believe the best is still to come and we are trusting God every step of the way!
