Hello Everyone, 

We continue to make progress on our building project, but we have also faced some challenges along the way.

As we have worked through the final stages of planning and received updated pricing, construction costs have come in higher than we originally anticipated. Because of this, we have been working through a detailed value-engineering and price-cutting process to identify areas where we can reduce costs while still accomplishing the vision God has given us. We are almost finished with this process.

Right now, we are waiting on updated bids for HVAC and site work. These two areas will be important in helping us understand the final cost of the project and determine our next steps. As soon as we know more, we will be sure to communicate another update.

We are grateful for your continued generosity, patience, and prayers. This project has taken longer and cost more than we originally anticipated, but we continue to trust God and move forward one step at a time.
